We see patients by appointment only so that we may provide focused and attentive care during your individual appointment time. If you have an urgent need, our office staff is happy to provide recommendations for acute care settings, but we are unable to accommodate walk-ins.
We make every effort to be on time. Some people may need extra time if they are experiencing a crisis, and this can cause us to run slightly behind schedule; however, we strive to prevent this at all costs. In order to maintain a schedule that is respectful of everyone's time, our practice has a "late arrival" policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you may be rescheduled. If there is an opening later in the day, you may be asked if you would like to wait, and if there are extenuating circumstances, we will make every effort to make accommodations.
We accept most insurance plans to make our services accessible to all. Please contact us for more information about our insurance and payment policies.
We offer Telehealth services for existing patients. Telehealth services are offered on a case by case basis and may not be appropriate for everyone.
